Milo took this innocent game as a literal rehearsal for what he had planned later that day. He decided to use the matches left by the plummer from the previous episode to set fire to the building. He helped prove the dedication on how the Tweenies took the getting out and not returning to the property, by locking Max in the bathroom when he popped in for a dump. No matter how much he screamed and begged the tweenies to come and save him waving his pink hand from the small toilet window, none went back to help him. They did a song and dance routine to celebrate this in the garden as the coroners carried Max's charred remains to the van in a body bag.
