I'll be 100% honest here. Probably the only comment I'll leave on any video from this channel. I have to thank you for your uploads, almost all of them helps me with my anxiety and get into meditation to relax. I've been dealing with PTSDs for years, and that implies depression, solitude, suicidal thoughts and many other things. I was close to shoot myself last 30th of December before being stopped by a friend and colleague of mine. Since then I've improved and I'm being followed by professionals, but I'm still affected by anxiety and dark thoughts pretty much every single day. I'm soon to be isolated in a home for for a month with groups and individual therapy. I'll be with people that does the same profession as me or other emergency services, I hope it'll help, this is my last resort. But thank you for doing those... it helps in the moment, at least for me and pretty sure there's a few more that are in kind of the same situation as me that stays silent. So sincerely, thank you again... and I hope this comment gets to whoever does this. If you can change a single life for the better or give hope to just one person in your lifetime, then you can tell yourself you've achieved something great in your life that not many can tell themselves.
