Male or female, if you are tired and exhausted due to absorbing other people’s emotions & different vibrational frequencies. Take some time away from all these stressors and recharge out in nature if you can. You are not the body or the mind as your soul is eternal and that is the most important part of you which needs nourishment & cleansing.

My mother died unexpectedly on last Christmas Eve. More than 6 months later it still hurts like it was yesterday. It's still hard to believe that that really happened, hard to accept, hard to figure out how to move on...and here I am once again, listening to this song to help me fight insomnia and see if i can get just a few hours of sleep. I've been healing from what I discovered was an unhealthy home. It's been three years since I began on myself seriously, and today was one more reminder, listening to this, that I can only change myself in this world. My words and actions can help or hurt the ones closest to me, so even if I don't feel safe anywhere, they'll be safe around me. My silence and my self-reflection will be proof that I want to be better for them. "I'm fine" has become less a lie and more a promise to myself that I'm working through it all.

Thank you, music is powerful and it brings so much to our lives, it soothes us, makes us feel happy, brings our emotions to the surface, brings back a memory, creates an atmosphere, entertains us etc, it’s such a huge part of so many people’s lives and we sometimes over look the value and magic it brings into our lives. My son is a DJ, he is in his element when creating music and I know how much effort he puts into his creating beats, but a huge part of it is when you hear or see others appreciate your art. I’ve played this twice now and I will be playing it again and again, it really resonates with me, so thank you for creating something that touched and inspired my soul. ❤
