Yes indeed, "We can be certain that God will never leave us..." When others are nowhere to be found, you can always rest assured that Jesus is that true friend whom you can trust. There is never a parting between Him and you when you are a child of the King. It is He who said, “I will never leave you, nor forsake you” (Heb.13:5b). Indeed, King Jesus is that quintessential friend whom you can depend. “I am with you always, even unto the end of the world” (Matt.28:20). Yes, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Heb.13:8). King Jesus is that friend from everlasting to everlasting. He called us His friends, for whom he died, long before we knew Him as our friend (Eph.1:4) (Rom.8:30). ✝ 🙏

I've listened to this hymn many times. Having lost so many loved ones, it give me a foundation of hope and peace. Your photography deserves an Academy Award for cinematography. You have strikingly captured depth perception of the forest. Your music has virtuoso magic. What I mean by this is your music interprets the words of the poem. It's the same musical magic I hear in a Hans Zimmer interpretation of a movie, or James Horner. The passage between 1.4 to 2.2 is absolutely beautiful. Then your arrangement comes to a solution, maybe atonement would be a better word... "when disappointment, grief, and fear are gone,.." You've done an excellent job here. Thank you very much Taryn!! My mom and I love this beautiful hymn; when we got sick with covid she found peace in this. And it is wonderful how He is our Heavenly Friend through His Son (Jesus), He has given us promises that aren´t going to never fail us until He comes for us ❤️. Oh and by the way, the book of the Gospel by Paul W. is beautiful, I´m going to continue reading it (because how I´m mexican, some words are difficult for me to underestan, but is really good) thanks for having share us this book! It's amazing how you put all this together - such a great talent being used to further God's Kingdom. 😊 All the location shots are great, but I especially like the woods scene that starts at 3:25.
