Adding rose water and saffron is optional and you can skip it.
Instead of rose water, you can add half a teaspoon of vanilla.
During the cooking of the jam, do not close the container and do not stir it too much with a spoon because the apricots will be crushed.
♦️ After boiling the jam, you should check its juice and see if it has reached the consistency or not. To do this, you can put a spoonful of juice in a saucer and put it in the refrigerator and wait until it cools down. Check it after it cools down. If the juice is sticky, it means your jam is ready. But if the juice is watery, you should boil it for a few more minutes to increase its concentration. Be careful that if the jam does not reach the required consistency, the jam will get moldy and spoil very quickly. As a result, you must pay attention to this step.
