Beach Base with Water Pen - Speed Build - Ark Survival Ascended ASA PvE

A medium sized beach base with enclosed water pen built in Ark Survival Ascended. After a quick showcase we go into the build itself, please feel free to follow along, or draw inspiration as you wish! The 'Water Pen Extensions' video is the follow-on from this video which along with larger pen options had space for an indy forge. And when you're ready to expand the base further, check out 'Modular Rotunda' which complements this build.

I thought about a shopping list but because it's built on a hill (underwater) the amount of structures would change depending exactly where you would build and at what angle, but I think for some other builds that's a great idea! I wish I had a shopping list when I started the Winter Cathedral on Official earlier this week, Ive got loads of spares (although it'll def not go to waste lol)

In the roof it’s greenhouse triangle roof units, and in the walls they are greenhouse doors set in a narrow tall doorway in the wall

Thanks! Depends on where you are referring to. If it’s when you bring the pillars to the sea bed, it will be a rock hidden in weeds or one of those harvestable corals, just pop a tool at it and you should be clear.

So when I was working on the roof on the first building with the stone gateway. The top of the gateway clips in a lot.

Are you on official? Just add a ring of quarter walls on top of the normal walls, then the roof. That should create a buffer between the gate and the roof

Is this official-friendly? Can't get wood walls to snap into / behind stone quarter walls (ref: 11:07).

It isn't, but you could use stone/wood quarter walls instead. The water pen extension I just released is official friendly
