Rem! I've actually saved money buying groceries and meal prepping. I shop after looking at the weekly ads and make a plan with what I'm going to make and stock up on staples that I can freeze or has a good shelf life (ex: dried beans, rice) when on sale. Just a tip for you folks out there!

Awesome video Remington! Used to be swole and ripped in high-school for football but got heavily into drinking so I lost my tone but still have size. No doubt doing Keto and appreciate your input and telling us foods to buy. I also loved reading a comment on you adding BCAA's to your water which is a great idea for flavor for me, they taste amazing. Great content and love it! You will be one of the top followed online this year.

Not sure if it was mentioned but when buying bags of greens whether it be salad or spinach, stay away from swelling bags. As the leafs age, it releases a gas and cause the bag to swell. The tighter the bag, the fresher the leaf.

when are you planning on doing another Q&A video? I have a few questions lol 1. When do you think the best time is to do cardio on your workouts, before you lift or after you lift? 2. What type of lift burns more calories and is more beneficial for someone looking to lose fat? Fewer reps and higher weight or lower weight and higher reps? Keep up the awesome videos they keep me motivated lots of good content espeically on diet and nutrition

+Remington James hey when you were getting the egg whites the brand beside the one you got was called "egg beaters" and they have the same macros as the ones you got but they had some added vitamins that are found in egg yolks, but again same macros and calories. thats why i get those vs regular egg whites, and they are kind of deceiving in the way that they are yellow not white, but there is no yolk in it

Bananas are SOOO GOOD!!! I love bananas I wish I could eat more of them bc they are so convenient and sweet (: I freeze them and use them for smoothies too and over ripe ones for recipes! Banana tips - green (less sweet, harder) yellow (somewhat sweet, firm) yellow with brown spots (perfect! Sweet and soft) lots of brown spots/brown (overripe, very sweet, good for recipes/freezing)
