Great video. Beach club is beautiful and convenient and i understand why folks love it. I prefer the Boardwalk - especially as a choice of where to own. I want the views of the lake and boardwalk sights from the room. The pool isnt enough to change my mind. I do love the Beaches and Cream restaurant - but i dont get any priority to book a reservation at the restaurants if i stay at Beach Club. I will leave it to those who love the peace and quiet of those rooms.

It's tough to beat the convenience of dropping in/out of Epcot, but I agree that Boardwalk is a fantastic resort, too! We never even got to try Stormalong Bay at BC because it had not reopened from the pandemic when we stayed there. Fortunately, we have another stay coming up there this summer, so we're looking forward to some pool time at BC.

We are staying in a 2 bedroom in April! Hoping to get a renovated room 🙏🏻 as they are supposed to be finished in early to mid April with the current soft goods refurb!

Yeah, the patio is not great. Some of the Beach Club units have great balconies and others don’t, unfortunately.

Hello! So.... I have done a 3-day binge of your entire DVC playlist. I am pretty much sold. Just gotta get the funds. I KNOW I want to own Poly. However, I am torn. Should I get a resell now, or should I wait for the new tower and buy direct? Any fears of Disney throwing in that resell restriction there too? What are your thoughts? Thank you!!!

Wow! Thanks so much for watching. I'm so glad you've found our videos to be helpful. I'm actually working on a video for this week about DVC new member mistakes, so be sure to check out that video before you buy. It certainly doesn't hurt to look at resale. You'll at least get an idea of what's out there. Poly resale is a pretty good value, in my opinion. Regarding your question about whether the new Poly tower will have restrictions... it's really tough to tell. Given that it's adding on to an existing resort with a DVC component, I think there's certainly a chance that it will be added to the existing association, like they did with Grand Floridian (so avoiding the resale restrictions just like GF did). I think that's in the best interest of the members. That's a tough question. Can you wait it out a little while longer? Seeing what they do with the Disneyland tower may provide some insight into how they handle Poly. Best wishes with your DVC search.

I absolutely will wait a bit more. We have a trip planned in March and we are staying at the Poly. The construction will be annoying, but its our first trip and Poly is the place everyone has told us to go.

The location and transportation are great, but those look like a generic hotel room from the late 90's - they really need to add some tasteful theming.
