Beach Fishing for TAILOR | CATCH AND COOK

I went out fishing for Tailor on my local beach after work as I know the wind and tide is in its prime. I am chasing the sunset to catch these fish because that's their feeding time and no time to waste.
Sunset is the best time for catching big Tailor Fish, they chase bait fishes in the shore before going back to the deep, and for sure that is the time to cast those 3 ganged hook with mullies. Sinker to use shoud be a triangle one that grabs the sand and sets a spot for the tailor to feed. As a bycatch, the biggest Pink Snapper I have ever caught, still small though.
