I get major goosebumps, up and down my spine, when the guitar solo plays. There are definitely, some Cocteau Twins vibes going on with them, being the masters of cascading, echoed, and reverberated guitars. Inventing both "dreampop" and "shoegaze". Well, I recently discovered, Beach House is under the Bella Union Label, which is owned and operated by "the" one and only Simond Raymonde of the Cocteau Twins. I guess I answered my own contemplations about some of Beach House's sound. Simon is quoted: "I see the way people look at Victoria [Legrand]. It's like I'm revisiting, what, it was like to see, a sea of thousands of faces, looking at Elizabeth, just, madly in-love with her" and "I know, that other people found in our music [Cocteau Twins] very emotional. Now, I kind of understand, that better [with Beach house]." I think Beach House needs 2 versions of every song, one "regular" and the other should be "slowed and reverberated". I've noticed that both versions have too offer very different complexities, both in feeling and moods. I like to play with the speed of other music, but I don't have the equipment to do it this well. I think it's wonderful and I don't want this band to ever become "mainstream".

one time i was outside of my grandmas work which was a retirement home. in outside of it they had this little hut and then there was a bridge with a pond under it and there was koi boi fish and i bought little pellets to feed it and i pout them in my hand and they get pretty big so they didn't fit my hand and when i think of that memory it reminds me of this music video:)
