I just found your channel and love it . I live in Panama City Fla. and find a lot of stuff at times . We have spring break here and that’s when I find a lot of good things . I have a big display case full of good rings and things. I have found the owners of four class rings I love to see there face when I put it in there hands . I’m 66 and all this walking does me the world of good . I go at night a lot I found it slows me down and don’t get bothered with people wanting to be nosy I’m sure you know what I mean. Well done on the double gold 👍 I'm 5 detects with no gold showing, I did however find a Platinum ring 5grams.. One silver ring I dug had an iron grunt, it came out of the hole 3rd scoop in with a huge shell which was masking it. Anyway good to see you on the gold.

Coupla nice gold hits, BP. BTW, you've presented two things here that I've yet to encounter in a metal detecting video. -a salsa portion to the soundtrack....sounds like one of the Puerto Rican bands that uses all trombones in the horn section. -a guy detecting in Crocs 😆 I've got a pair I use minimally around the house, but I'm pretty sure they'd never stay on my feet for long, at the beach...especially in the water.

I'm wondering if the little heart ring gave 50% negative tone because of the little diamonds and the heart shape. Just goes to show you really do need to dig it all. Great job, such a fun hunt.

Hi MTH, that area I was hunting was infested with iron targets. I don't believe the diamonds and heart shape would give an iron registry, although I have notice some very deep negative targets become positive when you dig them out.. so who knows 😁

Now that was a great hunt! 2 gold rings! I'm currently down south of you in Nha Trang. No luck yet unless you count a dozen Russian Rubles, an iron chain, Vietnam era bullets and numerous pull tabs and bits of iron. Hoping to find at least 1 gold before I leave. A question for you- do you time your hunts based on low tide or do you just hunt whenever you can?

the Asian rings are so small but high in caret so makes up for the loss in weight , the uk rings can be 9ct but big

Yes this is also my fault, I am concentrating on the lower tones and ignoring the high teen targets which are the big gold. The local hunter here just sent me a pic of a monster gold ring he pulled out yesterday. He stops to dig the high teen targets which are 99.9% keys.
