I make watercolour cards when giving stuff to family/friends/people close to me, I'm not a super beginner but I still watch videos to help me. This one I used on a card for my mum's birthday (the gift is a large watercolour dolphin painting so ocean theme 😊), our beaches have little wooden boardwalks and wood posts with ropes for fences (not sure if that's an Australian thing or if its a general beach thing), so I added some to it AND IT TURNED OUT SO CUUUTEE 🥰

Truly thought this would be past my abilities! You explained it so well did a mini one & only thing forgot was leaving a bit of white in the water. My grass turned into bushes but got clouds w paper towels & at least looks like a sky, lol ocean & beach! Ty!!!

So pretty & lived in cacti land & love them! Just beginner at water color (do acrylic) but finding this medium fun but lots to learn! Know was leaving to much water/pigment on my brush as must dab it on paper towel or to much of both! Ty!!

I really like the way you break the pieces down to manageable sections. It’s way less overwhelming & I can ‘get it’. It’s pretty obvious that you’re quite relaxed when you paint. Just finished these two and loved doing them. I showed them to my husband and he was so excited that he took one and next thing I know there was a streak of red from the roses going across into the sky. BUT I managed to fix it and nobody would ever notice now. I have trouble getting the taping of the edges done equally. Will need to work on that as once the tape is down I can't see where it goes. Very fun project!!

Reminds me of summers at Lake Michigan. Add a few little shells and a couple of pieces of sea glass; together they'd make a great little vignette. I love your style and I love Mini Mondays! Thanks, can't wait to try it.
