Beachfront Condo - 4 units

HF2 - House Flipper 2 Sandbox Mode, New Build. My first attempt in HF2 to build from the ground up. I'm pleased with the overall property, as it reminds me of many summer vacations in the past. HF2 has given me so much creative control, with many great features we never had in HF1. Think... no worries about item choice in designing a room. Decide the style you really want, copy that style from the item and "paste" the style on all the other items in the room! Ta-da, your room is coordinated! Still missing curtains, bath towels, etc, but those things will get to HF2 eventually. I'm having too much fun with design to be concerned with the small stuff, lol. Enjoy the video!! Happy New 2024!
