The appartments look fab and if possible some more information on the area. Is it on the bart bus route or near the bars. Plus I would liked to know the rental price range for the one bed apartments. Or the agents contact details.

Yes it is on baht bus route and many restaurants and bars nearby. I recommend to choose your own agent rather than the one in sales office. (price seems to keep changing) Good luck and let us know about your experience !
