The Flood insurance on this house must be insane and in a few more Category 4-5 storms this house will be part of the beach, it's just a matter of time. Also careful with houses so close to the beach, Government will be paying people face value for them should they deem them unsafe of want to deem them unsafe to sell to the Rich.

The experience in PUERTO RICO tells me that the insurance company don't pay, we saw it with HURACÁN MARIA. Ether they didn't pay, or went bankrupt. That's the truth of the matter.

@@nelsonvazquez4230 Yet we are forced to keep paying for insurance and when they don't pay Governments don't prosecute. That tells me, these rich insurance companies are corrupt and in complicit with the Corrupt Governments, who fail to prosecute those companies that fail to pay.. In the end there are lawyers that sue these insurance companies and force them to pay. Going bankrupt is only an option for small insurance companies whos money gets frozen as soon as they file and money taken out before they file is also looked at for corruption.. Major insurance companies cannot bankrupt so easily as they have too much to lose and nothing to gain.

Really, and how long before the beach takes over the house. Got too be crazy to by a house near a beach they's days with the climate change. For some reason there selling it. Huge mistake buying it.
