Hopefully this formats okay. The verse is A D A E A E F#m E. The chorus is A F#m D A (sequence played 4 times). "Do do doo" - E D A "Sha la la la" - F#m A, then the solo is played over the verse chords. Then the key changes... The chorus becomes C Am F C and the next part is C G and F. They play the "Sha la la la" section again and they're done. One thing to note about this version: it's played half a step down from the album, so detune your guitar if you want to play along with this video.

It might’ve been 1999. I have a distinct memory of this being maybe the first web video musical performance I ever watched on the internet and watching on a computer in my college computer lab and my last year there was 99. Pretty sure it was on the sub pop website. Maybe from around the time they announced signing the band?

i think the deal sisters from ohio would have to get credit for their being on the scene and with the dealing of realness in the realm of real deal harmonies and guitars. but no shade thrown, there's enough realness to go around and these gents have it in spades. just like the beatles did.
