You are supposed to take out the silver bar after you put your threads on. Makes the threads tight. I know others have commented on this in many of the earlier videos but you continue to do it incorrectly. Try it. You’ll like it.

I am just getting into beading and would love to try this loom, I live in Scotland
@toniecat10284 жыл бұрын
If they won't ship to Scotland, you CAN set up a shoe box loom - putting grooves on the short ends & set up your warp that way. It's also good to use this kind of shoe box loom on a longer project (necklace?) and just wrap your warp threads all the way around and into the next groove. Then when you get to the end & need to make more room for your longer project, just pull it around and keep on working! Very easy!

As a kid I loved watching the two elder Indian women doing bead loom work. I went to show my wife by getting a hobby store loom and it’s killing me. I used the needle it included and thread but one out of ever 5beads don’t have a whole large enough for the eye of the needle to pass through. Maybe I need to get a longer needle like those and change my thread...
@beadaholique4 жыл бұрын
A proper length loom needle is such a huge help. Sounds like you could use some better beads too. Even a high quality tube of beads will have a few blocked ones, but 1 in 5 sounds like a bad batch to me. Here a few links to the needles, thread and beads we showed off in the class: beadaholique.com/products/beadalon-jewel-loom-needles-3-125-8cm-long-6-pieces beadaholique.com/search?type=product&q=NYMO+Size+D&_=pf&pf_t_product_type=0-Product-Type%3ABeading%20Thread beadaholique.com/collections/seed-beads?sort=created-descending&_=pf&pf_t_style=0-Style%3ARound&pf_v_brand=Toho&pf_t_size=0-Size%3A11%2F0
