Just to clarify…eggs are STILL a forbidden food of Lent, just not for Catholicism. I’m Eastern Orthodox and we fast from many things during Lent, so I will not be eating eggs until Easter (Pascha). Ours is later this years, May 5th. We smash the red eggs and we do eat them in celebration! Thank you for the video……as always…you always have fun and I interesting crafts and these were awesome! I sometimes make Pysanky eggs to give away for Eater, but I’ve never made beaded ones!
