as i am from kolkata, i call this man to know the cost, but his behaviour was worst. i asked what is the price of the beagle puppy ? usually seller told 2 type of prices, one for pet quality and one for show quality he is the first one who told me it is 40,000/-, I asked him why the price is so high, he says you want to take it take or leave. next I asked him about KCI papers and chips, he said that the papers and chip will be ready during deliver. now from scoobers video I came to know that there are fraud people who sold a puppy aging 40 days and that time its not possible to deliver the KCI paper and chip.. anyway..it was a bery bad experience
