As far as I know "Achtung" means "Attention". As you referred to in your first comment, yeah my main exposure to German words is from Hogan's Heroes, a sitcom from 1965-1971 about a German P.O.W. camp in WWII, where the prisoners ran an underground base, and the German officers were generally idiots. Sgt. Schultz knew of the prisoner's activities, but claimed to his superiors "I know nothing", and was constantly threatened to be sent to the Russian front. Just me being silly.

Beagle's are very smart so they are trainable at any age, your Beagle would learn better as a puppy but he\she can also learn when they are older
