Dear Colette, your videos and blogs are so very much appreciated in these troubled times, and thank you so much for today's recording of Bealtaine's birdsong, it was heavenly. I tried to comment on your website but I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the craziness at the moment and my befuddled brain couldn't work out how to do it. KZbin is my last remaining social media and I despair at how the platform is treating you.I hate the manipulation and greed in the world today. It's always a special treat when you post a new video. I usually try to wait until I have a moment all to myself so that I may watch it uninterrupted. As far as people being unsubscribed, I think that happens if they aren't getting ad revenue, and the censors don't like a particular viewpoint a creator may have expressed. They have actually gone through creators videos and given strikes on videos that are years old. They're just unsettled because you know what a woman is and you weren't shy about it.

I am still in awww at what you have accomplished in 20 years. I remember your video when you read the letter stating that Bealtaine Cottage was paid in full and is all yours! What you did to acheive your goal is something most young people will never understand. You have not only accomplished your goal but you have supercede it. Its so wonderful watching and hearing the water. It must be amazing to live on land with a spring. I have a small garden pond that my husband created (no spring) just a hole with liner and plants. The frogs who live in that little pond give us so much entertainment.

Dear Colette, I have followed your wonderful channel right from the beginning and just wanted to say this video is your most glorious yet, in my opinion. Your beautiful woodland is so full of hope and absolute joy. I have watched it 3 times already. Like you I am a woman of a certain age haha with two acres to care for and you have been my inspiration for a long time now. This winter I have felt as though I didn’t want to come out of my hibernation, a combination of tiredness and a despairing feeling of the way of the world which is unusual for me as I can usually focus on the positive and all our beautiful Mother has to give. Just beautiful, what a wonderful fulfilling achievement the Bealtaine project has been. Thank you for sharing it with us. Spring is early in the southwest of England too. We have daffodils with the snowdrops and many trees have already started to lose their stark silhouettes with early buds .

Snow still thick on the ground here and lots more coming well through march most likely but nice to get a look at your early spring. I just love to see the frogs! We are looking to put a small pond in for wildlife and I’m looking forward to the day it becomes a successful habitat! Sorry to hear about your KZbin woes, this platform can be a fickle beast. Unfortunately they’ve strayed far from their original purpose and are terrible about actually supporting creators. Sadly they have the market cornered so there is little impetus for them to actually get involved with solving problems. The entrance looks beautiful! Bealtaine has grown so much, I’ve been here since the beginning and just love to see how it flourishes more every year! Your little Patsy is such a doll. You’ve had some lovely animal companions but I surely do miss Sammy and little Beauty

I think I can hear a chaffinch calling with its descending trill in your wood. I have downloaded a free app called Merlin that gives you the best fit to a birdsong. It’s fascinating. Love the frogs. Herons and newts gobble up my frog spawn. Still I guess it’s all part of nature. Otters love it too.

I’ve not had a problem being kicked off of a YT channel, but I get why people watch without subscribing. My hubs does it. Just a random form of entertainment.
