My hair is so fine I have been snipping my own for a few years now. It takes minutes to do and costs nothing. I love the haircut, I cut my own as well it’s much easier! Love seeing you work on the garden, I was out planting my fruit bushes this weekend and trying to clear all the old plastic and trash the previous owners of my cottage left for me 😅 hopefully my garden will one day look as good as yours 😍

So beautiful thank you Colette so much its so interesting to see all the spring colours as you say the sap is rising you're right. Hair looks great from what I could see but just be aware anyone, I'm a hairdresser and have had to sort out many disasters for ppl who thought it a doddle to cut their own hair 😬 There is a reason we train for 3yrs but if you do it and its fine then great. After all we're all free to do as we please 😊 we don't all charge a fortune and rip people off. I agree some do just dont undermind trained skills just saying be thoughful. xx

We have had sunshine in Western Oregon, USA, for the last couple of days so it is a beautiful time here as well. I love your updates. I have two hyacinth bulbs blooming in my condo which are lovely. That little Pasty gall is such a sweet blessing to you and to us as well. I have limited plantings of Primeroses on my patio but I love their cheerful faces. It has been too cold at night to move my two Meyer Lemon plants to my patio since it has still been in 30s here even 27 a couple nights ago. I know that this is a faux Spring and we're probably going to get a severe frost maybe even an ice storm before April but the sunshine is glorious even if temps are still cold. I cut my hair too.I enjoy the ability to do things that I can do with my own comfort and creativity. I also make my clothes from fabrics that are to my liking. I enjoy the time that you put into making knitting projects. It is so exciting to have a item that you have created. Patsy is behaving splendidly in the woodland garden. The hair looks great Collette, there is no end to your talents, I too always cut my own hair, I just think the hairdressers these days is way too expensive, maybe that's just me being frugal (that's the kind word), the flowers and pots all look wonderful, I had a nice surprise this morning when I went to investigate some blueberry cuttings I took last year and thought had died, have all sprouted new leaves, and also some hydrangea cuttings have taken too, they are a pretty variety, I think are called Camilla, they are pink with white edges to the petals, Patsy looks so content in her new life, she looks so happy, I too have foxes in the garden, but I can't encourage them as my collie wants to fight them, so I just leave them to their own business, but they are beautiful, love your vlogs Collette you work so hard, take care xxx
