But if we already know of the existence of these "Top Secret" military inventions,wouldn't that make them the exact opposite of Top Secret? 😐

No, it’s cuz they are now “Declassified” meaning it’s known to the public but if it’s “Classified” or “Top Secret” it means that isn’t only known to military and government officials and not the public

I use to live close to George AFB in SoCal. For a month F4 buzzed the city. Everyone stoped Looking up. Till one day I saw a black triangle and knew it was the stealth fighter.

Back in the early 80’s, I was in a bowling league and I designed a logo and name for our team. Everyone thought it was a great design, and we put it on the back of our trucks in unity, the only problem was the name of the team was the Nighthawks and the design of the logo was a perfect match of the F117A. Soon after placing the logos on our trucks we were all picked up individually by an unknown government entity and held for questioning for 3 days as they tried to find out where we got the design and name from and saying that I made it up was not the answer they wanted to hear. My so-called friends also sold me out quick as the designer of the said logo, we were also followed for months after the interrogation, we never knew why all this happened until the F117A came out to the public. That was also the last time I got to design the logo for the bowling team. This may seem like an outlandish story but trust me we were all scared and afraid that we were going to disappear and never be seen again.

It was a perfect match🤨 or more just a general outline? 🤔
@Sandy.J.Lloyd.Sr.

@@STSWB5SG1FAN It was close enough to garner the attention of a U.S. government entity if that’s what you mean. I had a friend that was in the FBI at the time and I asked him if he knew anything about what was happening and he said it was above his pay grade and couldn’t speak of it, whatever that means. I have to say It was one of the scariest times in my life. I don’t know if you’ve ever been followed by the government but they don’t hide the fact that they’re following you and that makes it even worse, they seemed to always know where I was going in real-time.

You're very lucky that's ALL they did! You could have lost a lot more than 3 days of your life! I bet they were convinced that you somehow had mastered the art of "remote viewing" which was still classified at that time! They probably thought you had used remote viewing to access their "secret weapon plane" & following that logic, they probably figured you were a Russian agent.. Not as farfetched as you might think!

The Blackbird was a BEAST and a true technical marvel for it's time. I reckon you could build them today and they'd still be an effective weapon of war!
@shoty_x1693
@shoty_x1693 11 ай бұрын
No not really. In a war you would need Attackers like the F-117 Nighthawks or Bombers like the B-1 or B-52 or A-10. Spy planes are not needed nowadays as the technology for satellite imagery as increased alot, along with the number of spy satellites which are even harder to destroy. The US didn't need a spy plane to know that India was planning to test its nuclear bomb. They used a satellite. Also the SR-71 originally came from the war capable A-12 which had some issues and crashes

16:20 the true inspiration for the ak platform was the m1 garand (mechanically there almost identical, except the ak has a fire selector and a auto sear) though the concepts were very similar, michka klashlaklovia was designing it before the stg was released (alexey sudayev was working on the as 44 at the same time but died before he could finish it)

Honestly, you should do a whole video on the Nazi wonder weapons. Shit was crazy. They built a fighter plane that was powered by a rocket. They made a night vision attachment for the STG-44. They drew up plans for a 3 story tall tank. Fortunately for the free world, there were a lot of problems with them. The rocket plane flew too fast to attack Lancasters and Flying Fortresses and also the fuel was literally acid. The 3 story tank demanded naval cannons and was vulnerable to air strikes. Generally, though, most projects were hampered by resource shortages, such as the STG-44, Me 262, Panzer VII, and that one U-boat with the snorkel

Two more advantages to the sr-71 are 1) the altitude it can fly is higher than other aircraft as well as anti-aircraft missiles. 2) the camera tech on board is still classified. They are brought out for use once in a while for like the fires in Colorado and the war in Afghanistan.

The sword missile isn't an official weapon, it's a conversion kit for hellfire missiles. So it's usable on just about any American attack platform - helicopters, ships, tanks and APCs, and even shoulderfired launchers. Freedom clearly ain't free, particularly for a terrorist on the wrong side of a hellfire missile. The only difference is that the cost in question will be far more likely to be paid by the guy with the bill, instead of his or her kids and anyone else in a five hundred meter radius.

Did you know before the sr-71 was the u-2 which at the time flew too high for soviet interceptets and ground to air missiles but it was so flimsy that at its max speed if it turned too sharply it would break apart, also not one sr-71 was ever shot down Also the saucer was not the only thing created with the same concept, the caspian sea monster which was an ekranoplan (Soviet) it could go on top of water but was to big to fly. It did not get into action because it sunk of pilot error but luckly everyone survived
