Imagine if a AAA studio (not a moronic one) pick BeamNG as their platform - we he'd have street racing sim, could have cops, with all sorts of race modes - modes from Burnout, Forza Horizon, Forza Motorsport/GT (track based stuff). Could have game modes allowing damage to be cosmetic only, up to serious realistic modes. So much possibility. Heck, even in a GTA style game could benefit from soft body physics.

shouldve picked a gallardo or something that was in the game for the video, looks fantastic!!!!!! my only complaint is that a lot of the ground detail (wooden boards, train tracks, etc) destroy the car you drive over them unless you're driving some huge offroad monster of course. i suggest removing collisions from these objects. theres also the problem of most cars being unable to go over curbs, which makes sense but not very practical for exploring the map, i would suggest maybe making the hitbox of the curb angled so that you can better drive over them with a sportier car.

Sadly NFS Rivals uses a different engine so I'm not 100% sure I'll be able to port it. I want to try The Run first as it's using a bit more simple Frostbite 2.

in the gameplay settings, scroll down to AI Traffic, there you should see a box named "Allow To Spawn Mods" or something like that

They dont currently they record you have driven through them , I believe they are working on a lua script to allow for a broken billboard to replace the driven through one .

Have you tried the graphics settings mod he made? You can probably get some extra performance using the low settings options and lowering the LOD bias.

Ignoring the title.. The handling model and online mode were what made that game absolutely great to me and to many others. Spent over 550 hours there, knly stopped playing cause EA bricked the game upgrading origin to their EA launcher.
