Beamng’s physics truly shine when you touch the curbs or max out the car, you can feel the car twisting and it adds a layer of realism that you can’t get from any other racing game. You weren’t really pushing the cars so you didn’t get that experience. Also helps if you don’t use a mod car cause they are often not modeled as well and lose a lot of the feel.

Yeah BeamNG is surprisingly good with its graphics, especially since it doesn't have any mods to improve them! The problem with Assetto Corsa is that it can be a pain to get the graphics looking how you want them, and you have to do a lot of configuration to get them right. With BeamNG you can literally just play around with the car paint and adjust the time of day for the lighting, and you're good to go 😀

It's looks really good considering it doesn't have any graphics mods, whereas Assetto corsa has mods to make it look better.

BeamNG arguably has better tyre physics, using at it does a multipoint rather than single point model. Where AC really shines is the FFB, it is the king of communicating to the player what the car is doing in an intuitive manner. Even the things which in reality aren’t so much coming thru the steering column.

These games are BeamNG Drive and Assetto Corsa. They are separate games with BeamNG being more for car physics and crashes, whilst Assetto is for realistic driving and graphics.
