Ruben Amorim did an amazing job at my team, Sporting, and is showing the same winning mentality; let's be honest, arriving at such a demanding league as the Premier, and managing to steal points from Guardiola, Arteta, etc is truly remarkable, with time and the right players, Amorim will prove why he is a good choice for Manchester United.

In his own mind, Simon Stone absolutely thinks that his questions are the most interesting and thought-provoking of all his colleagues. Or maybe those journalists really are that thick and after every presser they gather around Stone to fawn over and sing him praises. I don’t have any other explanation of why he’s still given so much time, and the opportunity to ask TWO questions.

1:52 I'm so relieved we finally have a manager being realistic and not feeding to the delusion of "This is Man United" stereotypes. We haven't won the League for the past 12 seasons and these ex-Man United players and English Journalist expecting us to always be in title race or fail isn't true anymore. We are who we are and we jave to accept it and be patient or we'll shuffle managers every two years expecting quick results and be misreable the whole time.

1:34 I don’t get the point of this question, England haven’t won anything as a Nation for like 60 years. What pressure? They didn’t do anything because all the coaches have had 0 idea of how to actually use the squad infront of them. This is Man United, playing in the Premier League, and we’re mid table… more pressure than the bottom of the sea.

Thanks Beany for providing excellent coverage of Man UTD. I live in Canada and fortunately get full coverage of every game. Ruben is a no nonsense coach and has already proven to me that he understands the game very well and won't accept players who don't go out and train hard everyday and give their all. As in Rashford. Antony is another player who has a terrible work ethic and is a cancer in the dressing room. Culture is where any good team starts and Ruben has identified that and needs time and cash to bring in players willing to play his style.
