THE dumbest question one could ask to Amorim is a formation question. Listen. He was hired as a 3-4-3 manager. He has been a 3-4-3 manager since day 1. You jokers are more worried about the now. Real fans know the depth of our problems and know that this turnaround will take due time. The players are burnt. The team needs a shock like Amorim said. Truthfully, it will take at least a year with 2 ACTIVE windows before we will even be close to assessing it all properly. Therefore, regardless of outcomes, Amorims job should NOT be questioned until then. The problems are too compact. IYKYK! 👀💯🔴⚪️

It's not a coaching problem, it's a problem of poor management. If the current management wanted a change of system and coach, they should have done so last June or at the end of this season, not mid-season. The current management has not shown that it knows what to do to remedy the mistakes of the Glazers.

He is definitely right and I stand by him. The problems were largely created by Ten Hag. The players he brought in were questionable ... Antony, Zirkzee, Mount, Malacia, Rasmus, Casemiro, Eriksen. These are not players you rely on to develop a future winning team. Now Amorim has to get rid of these players .. plus Rashford and maybe even Bruno.

The system is somewhat the same with Eric ten hag, he played a 4-2-3-1 inverted the full backs mazaouri and Dalot to form a 3-2-5 or 3-1-6 and sometimes a 4-2-4 in possession. The system in possession is same out of possession completely different. Just making excuses and throwing a fellow coach under the bus. Embarrassing

The problem with Man U is the players, the Special one said it. Man U continues to cut the head off the ring leader when they need to cut the players that do not represent the badge. It's hard to believe or accept but the club does need a shock as the coach said. If you get bailed out everytime, do you really work hard for anything. Those players will begin to turn on each other and begin to say "I will not be the one that relegates this club".

Something needs to jolt these players into action, they gotta start looking hard at their conduct, a player can only take so much humiliation every match day, something has to give. A shock as Amorim alluded is maybe what is required. Right now they can’t even score with only the goalkeeper and an open goalpost to beat.
@Gluffy-G2 күн бұрын
@@jakobpienaar5727 maybe I'm watching the game differently, but I've noticed they need to be losing to start putting passes together, to start pressing, sprinting, attacking.... I’m so glad he explained and defended his approach. An initial position or formation is just a base. The formation transitions according to the press, the phase of the play, the phase of the offensive and defensive transitions, it is flexible. Ffs I’ve watch City drop into a back 6 in transition, I’ve seen Real Madrid play a front 5 with a back 2 in possession. The formation is not checkers, it’s multi-level chess ♟️. It just requires patience from the fans and the club. Stand by the manager and call out and put on blast the mainstream media and pundits. 🤷🏽

As someone watching your press conferences for the first time, you never ask questions to the coach about the game in specific, its weird. You have a lot of analysis people talking to each other after... But never ask stuff to the coach... Just a general question of; "can you make an overall analysis of the match" And then ask, why u subbed here, why didnt u score with those subs, talk about the key moments? Red cards, Goals suffered, why did it happen? Its just stuff about the generality of the club and never the match.

Utd had three gilt edged opportunities to score tonight and didn't. Therein lies the issue. Whilst we are playing badly, we have to take the chances that are on offer. We lacked aggression, our players seemed to be not on the same wavelength and it was painful to watch. Even in these dire times, the fans would be somewhat forgiving if the players just showed a bit of speed and some bite but this group do not seem to have it and no amount of coaching is going to change that

In a way, I am glad that Rash did not get game time tonight but he must have been pissed to see Anthony on ahead of him.
