Sorry Naomi but proper hunting is conservation at it's best, guided by experienced people looking for older specimens, that might otherwise starve or kill off younger bears, thereby actually minimizing the future of the species.

@@Erieeyes58 nailed it. People don't understand, most don't care to educate themselves either, that the money that goes into conservation, studies, habit development is from hunting and fishing licenses.

@@davebelden3715 Thing is, you can try and talk sense into these people all day long, but they dig their heels in and bury their head up their own ass even further because they don't want LOGIC sullying their narrow little view on how the world works. They'd rather just make us all out to be villains and advocate for damaging policies like wolf conservation while not giving an absolute shit about the ungulates that end up being slaughtered when the packs get larger than the biome they're in can support.
