Once these cubs are old enough they are released into the park with the older bears. Right now at this age older bears would kill them.. They have to be big enough to defend their self. This is a Wildlife park in South Dakota. These are very healthy cubs. I went through this park. This part is babyland. When they scrap..They're showing dominance for hierarchy which they need when they're released as all bears need .

I don't like at all what I see in this video! It's a very bad idea to throw them some scraps over the fence: not every bear is going to get its share. It would be much better to have an area where you can set a whole bunch of food in a large circle, so that every bear can eat what it needs without having to compete for its share with many other bears. Also, is it really not possible to set their enclosure farther away from the highway? All that noise from the cars must be incredibly unsettling. No, I don't like this video... I feel very sorry for the bears, and there has to be a much better way of taking care of them.
