I am Woodland Cree and interested in dancing as well but just for fun and not for competition or anything. I have been dreaming about black bears for a long time now and elders back east told me that I have the spirit of a black bear is that is my spirit guide etc....

+MissPriestess11 These dancers follow a circuit of sorts. They are competing. There's a lot of money put into these dancers by these families. You can't stop a gathering like that do to the weather. Some of these ppl drive hundreds of miles to compete and educate. So they are held inside. That grizzly hide dance drape she is wearing is HEAVY. Beautiful people.
