Also nice glitch edit: 2 seconds later I realised what’s causing it so basically like 2 years ago roblox shutdown remember so basically before the shutdown this happened it’s just a glitch from the shutdown in the game’s code nothing to worry about

For bear alpha it's a yes. Bear alpha hasn't confirmed to end and every single year both cinco de mayo skins returned. For BEAR* I'm unsure, they could do something similar to gummisam where it turns on at certain times so cheed doesn't have to do anything.
