Bear hunting doesn't really excite me but the value of the experience grabbed my attention from the first 2 videos of your start to the MN season. Enjoyed them both and gave me a bit of perspective on some things I've lost touch on the last few years. I'm very much a loner and tend to avoid hunting with people, even family. So far this year all of the scouting done has been with my dad or brother other than 1 quick trip to check a couple cameras and "power scouting" covering a lot of ground fast. Can't wait to spend the rest of the season with them and share the experiences together. Cheers to keeping it real Dan!

On a different note, your weight loss is really looking good, I'd say you look several years younger already, so keep it up. Dan I'm sorry to hear about Dave. A friend of mine , I had hunted with for years. Him my brother and me. In 2018 we hunted where we have been hunting for 50 years, we had a hell of a time. Early in 2019 I heard that my friend had passed away. In early 2020 my brother had passed away. Here to my friend Dave, my brother Jim an me. I don't hunt any more it's just to hard an it's not fun any more. God bless you an your friends.
