Thanks, friend. I don't know why these species haven't been more popular with home growers -- nor why growers charge so much for them. They so easy to grow, and very productive, in addition to being delicious!

Sorry, no. We don't ship internationally, as the cost of shipping would defeat the whole goal of making home growing cost effective. You should be able to at least get spawn from a local grower though, and you can come up with other, local substrates. The important thing is that these mushrooms want to grow aren't super demanding.

Can you dunk to hydrate in between flushes ?

You can, but I don't recommend it. Certainly with our DIY kits it's not necessary. When we've experimented with it in the past, we've found that it hugely increases the risk of contamination before you get three good flushes. As long as you keep your fruiting slit covered whenever it's not actively fruiting, and you seal your slit after two flushes and cut a new one on the back for the third flush, you'll get three great flushes without needing to dunk it.
