I have this very same device. Had it for several years. Noticed lately that it didn't hold a charge, thought I might need to change the batteries inside. But a regular service like this is always a good idea. Thanks. (PS: my first electric razor, a cordless Philips, lasted me 20 years with good care.)

Mine struggles to hold charge as well to be fair but works perfectly straight from a charge.

I have the same one as well, which was also not holding charge. If you can solder, you can actually buy 1.2V tagged AAA NiMh batteries and change them out fairly easily. iFixit even have a guide, if you're curious.

@@bendavies8129 Thanks for the advice. I did buy the replacement batteries you mention, and tried to replace them using the iFixit page you mentioned but perhaps my soldering skills were not as they once were. Sad end. Bought a new Braun shaver, nowhere near as good as the old one. More sad.

Thanks so much. I use this. Recently I found it was not working and I thought dead. But when I open it lot of hairs which I never opened it and due to that it was not working. I cleaned and now fine. Your video helped me other wise I may have to buy new one. Thank you
