Goomba in Love 3 - It's an enjoyable movie but... Did we really need a third instalment in the franchise? The plot with the kids was kind of weak, and to be honest, didn't add anything to the original 2 movies. 7/10 Wiggler Action - The same studio who made "Nightmares" and "Coopa Comedy" (which were mediocre at best), shows how action movies are supposed to be done with this third attempt at filmmaking. The thrilling action sequences left me at the edge of my seat, and the main character Wiggler is a very likable protagonist. I expect the studio to not go downhill from here. 8.5/10

I feel Wiggler action fell short on plot tbh. While yes, they did give a reason for Wiggler fighting Jr. (He attacked him at the halfway point), that's all the plot we get. The fight scenes feel like they only exist the level up Wiggler for the final boss with Jr. The movie really shines during that final scene, but the rest feels like filler, since they knew it would never make enough money if that's all there was.

The first Goomba in love film was praised at it's release for it's originality, oscar worthy acting, a fantastic story and a great soundtrack. Truly a perfect film. The film that released the same year, Nightmare, was mediocre. It tried way too hard to be edgy but was just average in very way. The next year, Goomba in love 2 was released. It was just the same thing as the first one. Same plot, same music, same characters. But people still praised it for being better than the original. However it didn't do anything new at all. The same year, Koopa Comedy was released from the same studio who made Nightmare. The film tries to be funny but is just painfully average. The film doesn't make any sense and there is not much of a plot. They even added laughing sound effects to make it seem funny, but it makes it unfunnier than before. Now, the present. When Goomba in love 3 was released, People started to notice the franchise was being milked. The plot is different, and the new characters being the kids are a nice change. But the execution doesn't work. The adults seem like idiots and the music is still the same. The kids are the best part, but the older characters are just ignored. Even the new plot is weak. The studio is capable of making cool, original films rather than cash grabs. And finally, Wiggler Action. The first good film from the same studio who made Nightmare and Koopa Comedy. It gives off a mission impossible vibe, and the action sences are next level. The main protagonist is a great one at that. The film had me at the edge of my seat the whole time. It was truly was thrilling experience. The studio has a lot of potential, and I can't wait to see what they make next. This took too long to write.

For those wondering why GIB 3 felt unfinished here is why: “Goombrat W. Gibson” the writer and director of the original 2 films stepped down halfway through the film’s Production which impacted the film hard causing it to be delayed and led to them hiring well known writer and Stunt coordinator “Micheal Hammer” to finish writing the film. Which also explains why it didn’t come out in 2007 like it was intended too and instead came out in 2009. I’ll try to find out why Goombrat stepped down!

i saw some others leave reviews for the films so i thought i should share my own thoughts. i thought goomba in love 3 was a great way to continue this story. the one major flaw the movie had was its weak plot following the parents. not much happened on their side other than them being locked in a cell. there were too many scenes shot of the same location with the same bantering between characters. the scenes featuring the children on the other hand were fantastic and made sitting through the boring parent scenes worth it. that being said, the plot also followed the same general formula the other two followed. thankfully, they at least tried to make it different this time by actually showing the parents throughout the movie. the movie also does an excellent job at showing the chemistry between the parents on a deeper level. they actually had more screentime with each other in this movie than the entirety of both gil 1 and 2. lastly, i must say that bringing the villain from the first movie back was a genius idea. we really didn't see much of them in the first film. the parent scenes, while boring, were considerably better at characterizing the villain. overall, a good film that adds on to what has already been established. i don't have quite as much to say about wiggler action other than that it is great mindless fun that keeps you on the edge of your seat. i must say, the plot was not really there, and the characterization was a bit off for everyone except for wiggler. a few of the dangers that wiggler faces are a result of his own cockiness and could have been avoided had he been more careful, but that is also an excellent way to show wiggler's fearlessness and thirst for adventure and danger. the only other flaw i could see with the film was the actor for the main antagonist. the actor seemed to not know what he was doing half the time and there are a few scenes where his attacks seem to phase right through the hero. otherwise, if you're looking for daring stunts and battles, this is an excellent movie.

Movie level critique GiL3: 7/10- The fun has been tripled! ...Except not really. It's more enjoyable than GiL2, but not as impressive as GiL1 in my opinion. I do find it funny how the parents ended up getting themselves captured. Having three rescuees seems like it'd be more action-packed, but more actors means you'd have to account for them potentially doing their own thing... Which in this case probably works out better anyways. Still a good watch in the GiL saga! And hey, I guess I got that dramatic boss fight with Boom-boom that I wanted in the first one... Wiggler Action: 9/10- For what they could do with Wiggler's sporadic movements, they did some good stuff there. Good setup of the villain, and in a lot of ways reminds me of the first GiL movie. Also, 4D effects!.... Might be a bit much if they actually hurt your audience. Just saying.
