Should deer meat ever touch the ice? I don’t have a walk in cooler so we just throw the meat on ice, is the best thing to do?

Man I'd do that with a little butter, crack of salt and pepper, some tyme, sage, red wine. Cook it and dice it back up once cooked and top on some bruchetta with olive oil

@@Really4thapeople no it’s a husked tomato has diffrent uses I’m not gonna throw it on a burger but I will do is sauté it into a cooked deer heart with red tomatoes with green tomatillos with onions and probably chopped up red bell pepper and a green Chile and your fav seasoning

Don't remove white fats from heart they are the most delicious part of heart secend roast the heart rather than fring in oil and batter

I dnt like it its chewy a bit n does give cortisol stress psychological or not i really dnt fink it was a treat of mammoth for stone age man not even baby ones.

Wot you can do is cook it down for cossonom with the liver n neck or whatever . Most ppl dnt make cossonom anymore i do sometimes its just put it through a sieve at the end easy once you done it a few times. Yer or in a pie not to much
