Used to visit all the time so upsetting that it closed and so upsetting to see the place we loved abandoned and destroyed like that

It is a shame and will be interesting to see what happens to the site

That’s absolutely crazy! I’ve been there before back in the day, they said it shut down but the fact it’s still here is mental!

Interesting watch, I work at the one in Loch Lomond, where most of the stock was moved to, take a lot to break some of the tanks, they’re 44mm thick acrylic, also cost more to move the tanks than they’re worth, but other aquariums would get dibs on any tanks they might want but they have no where to just store empty useless tanks so they get left, anything useful is always taken
@BeardedReality8 ай бұрын
Yeah took some real effort to break those tanks, seems like alot was left and wasted here tho

Not enough visitors so it shut down sad but common

Its hardly hidden... Everyone for miles around it knows it's there. Ive watched about 10 mins and cant watch anymore. It broke so many people's heart when it shut down 😥. Ive heard it shut down because their other centre was more profitable 😥.

Aha where I am from it is hidden lol but definitely interesting to see

I like the way you climbed into a tank and then you said "where am i"?"am i in the snake 🐍 tank"😲 then I started to imagine a snake in the corner hiding maybe about to come out and attack!🤯

They would take in injured seals, cubs, & once back to health release them
@BeardedReality9 ай бұрын
Yeah they do that with alot of the sea life places
@agnik91636 ай бұрын
I went there yesterday, it deteriorated further unfortubately. I noticed you were moving things around, thats breaking the rules of urbex.
@BeardedReality6 ай бұрын
Everyone moves things , sometimes we move things for certain shots and tidy stuff up
@agnik91636 ай бұрын
Thats not how I was introduced to urbex. If I touch something and I try to avoid it, I always put things in exactly same place I found it, you moved them around for example medical records thats disturbing things and making it detoriating faster. You also showed your point of entry (although in this case, its not hidden). Interesting video but I dont think you understand urbex spirit.

Depends on the type of place it is I also prefer to actually interact with what I find
@cprib59019 ай бұрын
Wouldn’t it make for a better video to explore in the day when it’s easier to show what you are seeing? I would assume you would be easier to spot there at night running around with flashlights anyway.
@BeardedReality9 ай бұрын
Probably yes but we go out for very long days believe for this adventure totalled up to a 40hour non stop apart from 1 hour kip so we had already done like 4 places before we had arrived here
