I wish I was publishing this video in less troubling times. I’m not the preachy type but I sincerely hope you’re all employing common sense; staying safe and well out there. I’m not blessed with many talents, but one way I think I, and other creators like me can help at a time like this, is to provide their viewers with a bit of levity. A little bit of daft entertainment when things seem bleak can serve as a welcome distraction from concerns, even if just for a short time. With that said, I hope you enjoy tonight’s video. This is the first episode of a five part mini-series which I completed in full thankfully before restaurants etc. began closing as part of the social distancing effort now taking place here in Britain. Still, I’ll be doing my level best to continue to churn out the videos as usual. I hope you enjoy tonight’s and don’t forget to join me for a bonus video this Tuesday at 7pm GMT…I promise, you’re gonna love it ;)

He actually eats this, then doesn’t eat for a weak for a calorie balance
@levonf59314 жыл бұрын
Martijn Its totally normal to water fast for a week and do cardio on the side, Because it’s always easier to eat calories then to burn them and literally one video of his is 12,000 calories... (the average calories you should eat is like 2,000) and running or walking burns like 15 calories a minute so if 3 miles is 1,000 calories burned, then he would need to walk a lot however water fasting is just something he can do on the side and help himself burn the extra 10,000 calories worth of food
@levonf59314 жыл бұрын
Martijn You’d be surprised honestly, fasting is hard but it’s something you get use to if its constant, I have done it for a month straight before, you won’t feel as hungry for a week because your body burns your storage fat as energy instead of your calories and he is basically making a bank of stored energy so it’s probably easier for him and sure if he was really really hungry maybe a snack a day but its totally plausible and not that hard if you factor in why he is doing it
@levonf59314 жыл бұрын
Martijn Wow thank you for checking up on that, that’s actually pretty cool, so lots of cardio I guess. Especially how much junk food he eats he has gotten his body to naturally adjust it’s metabolism. If I were doing videos like that I’d probably purge myself for it to not matter at all.

The dark orange colour is from free ranging chicken, and also what they feed the chicken. But even in north America, if you buy free range eggs they will be dark orange, it's not how it's cooked.
@29sentz2 жыл бұрын
@@redrobotmonkey They are usually pale yellow yolks in North America. Not orange. We need dark orange yolks, not pale yellow. Dark orange like Donald Trump's spray-on tan face.

@@29sentz I live in canada and when i buy regular eggs the yolk is yellow, when i buy free range eggs the yolks are much darker. So not sure what your point is. It's not about the eggs being from north america.
@29sentz2 жыл бұрын
@@redrobotmonkey I'm not sure you're explaining what makes the darker orange. I've had free-range eggs (local and big-ag) that are still yellow, and on the pale side. You can't just hide behind the "free range" argument, what specifically ABOUT free range makes the dark orange. I know feeding peppers/capsicum adds color to the yolk (like pellets are fed to farmed salmon to make the flesh more red).

All the food is just generic and standard across most breakfast joints. Delishishment would only come from in house made food. Not boxes of sausages from the cash and carry.

I usually ladle the beans onto the fried bread when I have them for breakfast, although I do like beans of toast as a stand-alone meal. I'm with you on black pudding, and that brekkie had a few slices (great!)- I adore it. Bury black pudding used to be good. Give me white pudding too and I'll be a happy lad

Lol I'm american and to us that's such a bizarre thing. By thing I mean baked beans at breakfast. We don't associate the flavors with morning so it's very odd to us Lol!

OutOfTheBox Yeah most American breakfasts are more sweet than savoury, right?
@claytondavis28664 жыл бұрын
Omnirelevant No, not necessarily. There are some sweet options in an American breakfast but it’s largely a misconception that all American breakfast is sweet and not savory. Especially in the southern states, breakfast is almost always strictly savory.
