Most adult brown bears cannot climb at all, they are far too big and heavy, baby brown bears climb all the time though. Black bears also don’t climb that often although they are capable. Sun bears are by far the most arboreal bear species, they spend quite a bit of time in trees and even apparently like to sunbathe on canopies. Panda bears are probably the second most arboreal bear species, they also love to climb.
