Couldn’t be happier about him as GM. I think it’s obvious at this point what kind of man he is but beyond that is an enormous drive. He’s not a guy that sits on his hands, he’s always thinking of how things can be better. I think it was a grace mistake bringing Matt Eberflus back but we’ve seen time and again from him that he’s not afraid of change when he feels it’s in the long term interest of the team. I know he’ll do the right thing if the season keeps going like this.

Ryan poles is doing a phenomenal job so far This is the 3rd season of a full on rebuild people forget they had little draft capital and a bloated team of big contracts in older players People criticise the OL is a weak link, coaching staff, clay pool trade, Davis signing blah blah blah Poles knows to build a winner you need to do it through the draft and therefore you need time Next year they will have nearly 2 first round picks (Carolina 2nd) and a second rounder to fix the OL issues and any gaps we have on the roster to complete this rebuild You can see Poles himself is surprised how ahead of schedule this rebuild is We have a 1st overall qb for the first time ever 3 top 10/15 receivers in the game for the first time probably in our history Solid Tight end The defense is top 5 in the league and still young Special teams is solid now with a potential top 5 punter and excellent kicker No Gm can hit on every draft pick or trade or free agent but he’s has more enough hits with players Allen odunze, dj Moore, brisker, Edmund’s, Edward’s, sweat, billings, Dexter, Williams , Gordon Stevenson, wright will be good All these players were brought in by poles in 2 seasons 😂😂😂 At least when he missed which is normal, it hasn’t impacted the financial flexibility or draft capital For every Davis there’s a billings For every clay pool there’s a sweat and Allen 😂

Next game should be a W, but Poles still needs to fix the O Line which has been the biggest issue. Still can't block well and long enough for CW, too many penalties, and still handicaps our run game. Unless we fix this major issue asap, playoffs will be tough reach.

I'm sorry but in my eyes he's the gm we've had. He can't hit on everything but his % rate is great. The team will get there you just have to give it time. New OC new players have to gel over time, but when they do lookout
