It’s not like Deadpool’s, where he can come back to life once he is dead, aka being revived, no Deadeye’s immortality works like a totem of undying from Minecraft if you know what that is where it basically makes him immune to death and never actually going to the after life and then comes back as if nothing happened, a safe guard if you will. Also good theory.

Oh, now Kondor has pissed off "Papa Midas" by killing his future son-in-law! The power of the Light can bring a soul back from the dead, right? Problem still is... at the moment, Midas has next to no power left. He can't even turn his own body to gold anymore, so he's worse off than in Chapter 2 Season 2 (although he can now channel the Golden Touch over distance, something he couldn't do back then). And Enforcer is aligned with the powers of Shadow, so if he saves Fade somehow that might not be good for Fade either. (And wasn't Enforcer's shadow erased by Lady Death along with the part of Midas's soul he had corrupted?)

Calling it now, in Ch2 Season 7 the Imagined Order (I.O.) will have a cross-over with Marvel's Time Variance Agency (TVA) who are the main antagonist in the _Loki_ series, as the inclusion of Loki as a secret battle pass skin for season 7 has already been officially hinted in the S7 promos. Although TVA deals with alternate timelines and time travellers, while I.O. opens portals to alternate realities/franchises. But they're both heavily coded as totalitarian dictatorial organisations that set themselves up outside of space-time as ultimate arbiters of people's fates and judge, jury and executioners.
