I have been doing comercial floors for over 12 years mostly 711 stores, gyms, offices and warehouses i like your vids i suggest you try the following combo you would be amazed of the results for stripping buckeye ripsaw, floor finish signature by diversey or plaza plus depending on the traffic of the location a 3m high productivity stripping pad and for weekly burnishing maintenance use diversey revive to mop and 3m sky blue pads or the pink eraser pad also depending on the traffic of the location scuff marks, heel marks, scratches etc those floors finishes are uhs high solid content so they are really hard floor finishes

Sorry so late getting to your question. You need to understand how to quote a job. It’s going to take some time to learn floors by doing them and running into problems. That’s how you learn floors so when you looking at a floor job you can have the experience to quote it properly. Taking square footage is how you total up your cost as well. Then you need a price guide for your square footage in your area so you know how much to charge per-square foot. Line Item your supplies and your good.
