Those are some REALLY nice tables. Overkill or not, call it what you like, it's your shop, they're your tables and it's your video. We all sat here and watched it, so none of us can complain about how you did it. After all, it's your shop and they're your tables. ...but I already pointed that out.

@@notjamesiha At the end of the day we have to remember this is his channel and his wood that he buys. With his own money that he makes. Granted there are probably huge write-offs one could make having a successful KZbin channel, but I digress. Previously I had stated that they’re his tables and his shop to do what he wants…when he wants. So if he wants to slide in and make us laugh, well that’s just up to him. But it is his prerogative. He made this money…you didn’t - right Ted? We outta here!

Nice clean and functional. I am sure you realize that the moveable table can be positioned some distance from fixed table allowing a small shop to have an immensely long outfeed when the occasion arises. This allows any to have a large shop outfeed in a modest area when needed.

i would suggest adding strong N52 magnets for alignment and keeping the tables together. find a magnet that matches your domino size just right and insert it as if it was half a domino on each end, keep in mind the magnet's polarity orientation. round rod magnets as dowels also works but a rectangle magnet would be easier to glue under your table saw's work surface.

If those tracks ever get misaligned you could look into those door latches that have a security pin. They sit flush when open, but when closed the pin shoots out and it gives it a few millimeters of wiggle room, so that means your latches only have to hold the table together and not worry about alignment
