Sadly the sound of that clip is not giving this whole scene justice. I literally get goosebumps by how awesome they made his transformation. Music, shots, colour, the voice acting, even the animation, everything fits so well together, I just love what they did there. They made him a brutally unstoppable force, which you could feel in every bone of your body. Literally gave me goosebumps. Might be one of my top 5 transformations this far, even though the transformation itself, doesn't look that special.

The fact that it seems like my favorite character in dragon ball is in alpha mode again makes me so happy. Gohan has always been the most relatable character for me. I'm on of those MGGA (Make Gohan Great Again) fanatics & I love that he looks slightly deranged with power here when he transforms. My only problem with Gohan Beast, is I feel it was too easy to achieve. All it took was seeing piccolo get beat up by Cell Max. He didn't even die. And that's it suddenly Gohan transforms to stronger than Goku and Vegeta who've been training their entire lives. I LOVE Gohan getting a upgrade but make it make sense at least. Kill piccolo and have Gohan snap then just revive Piccolo with the dragon balls. Idk maybe I'm crazy but this level power up just seems like it came outta nowhere in my opinion. Still love it though

Honestly, would have loved the Beast form a lot more if the hair wasn't so...well the way it is. The grey color is fine, a little too close to the silver of MUI for my taste, but not terrible. If we kept the grey hair but changed the style to the style Gohan has in SSJ4 that was introduced in Heroes, and gave his eyes the darker outline SSJ4 has in addition to the red eyes, that I think would have been a much cleaner transformation. Basically SSJ4 without the fur or tail.
