I have the barakkat satin oud and the trick to it is letting it macerate and it becomes extremely smooth. One of my most complimented fragrances. I’m not a huge fan of the powdery nuance of it cos I don’t like powdery fragrances on myself. However, I enjoy it on others. Very solid purchase.

Right on the nose. It’s gotta dry down on skin. In the air and on a tester strip I wasn’t a big fan of it immediately, but you’re right it definitely becomes smooth. Worth every penny!

Maharjan Silver is a hidden gem. I got a 20ml sample for free in an order and I loved it immediately. I haven't seen many reviews of it. I rocked that as the scent of the day for like 3 days in a row after smelling it.

I have both Kismet and Khamrah. Kismet is good but I prefer Khamrah. It is so delicious. Out of about 100 fragrances, it is in my top 5.

It doesn’t smell like a super heavy traditional masculine scent. It’s very unisex and has a soft well rounded vibe from the jasmine. I think it could lean a little more feminine and is fit for anyone who wants to smell like creamy spice!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! It’s kind of a middle ground of a western designer citrusy sweetness, but with a little bit of creamy oriental/middle eastern jasmine. It doesn’t have the synthetic sweetness from some of the cheaper quality middle eastern fragrances. Hope this helps!

Gurlain's Patchouli Ardent is often compared to Le Labo's Noir 29 (Haven't smelled before), and may share some similarity with Memo's African Rose. It's definitely got an old school vibe that's super masculine with that strong patchouli, rose, and leather. Honestly, nothing in my collection smells immediately close to this, so it's kind of hard to say. Hope this helps!

I’d have to say Crafted Oud is more versatile. Honestly both are great choices, but Regale is slightly more warm smelling and may be better for spring, fall, and winter.

Ombré Blue is more of a patchouli/Smokey vibe rather than a typical blue aquatic fragrance. It’s definitely more of a classy fragrance I’d say 👍🏽

I have both Khamrah and Kismet Angel. You're giving really bad feedback when you make the claim that Kismet is better. They both smell great but for anyone watching this video that reads this comment, Kismet smells like a watered down version of Khamrah. Khamrah has way more going for it and gets me many more compliments than Kismet Angel. If you combine Kismet Angel with Swiss Arabians Shaghaf Oud, you get something close to the scent of Khamrah. Khamrah is superior without a doubt.

In terms of performance Khamrah is the clear winner. It out performs nearly every fragrance I own haha Khamrah is a beast on its own and is a compliment magnet. At least to my nose and personal taste, I prefer the smell of kismet angel. I like how it’s a little bit more toned down and smoother when compared to Khamrah, but to each his own. I appreciate the feedback and advise. I’ll have to try this one and Shanghaf Oud!

Maybe old vs new batches? In the opening it definitely smells different but the drydown is pretty spot on. Everyone’s skin chemistry is different and performance could vary
