take a good look at the tabs, those are specific for each pair, you can't combine them, you could use two different ones and get the magnets to work, but not the tabs

This seems to be pretty much like Bakugan but cooler, and I really like the black scorpion. It's pretty nice to see Chinese toys that _aren't_ knockoffs, for a change.

It's simple, Arachnids have eight legs. Remember, if it's related to a spider, they have the same number of legs as spiders. So, Scorpions, like all arachnids, have eight legs. The claws are modified pedipalps.

I don't know if I'm the only one to respond to your questions of "six or eight legs" but I might as well anyway. (ahem) Scorpions have eight legs due to them being arachnids. The claws are their pedipalps, another feature of arachnids.

OptimusPhillip No, both males and females have claws. Pedipalps are just standard limbs in arachnids. When it comes to dimorphism in arachnids really there's only one constant: males are smaller than females.

Yup. The claws are actually mouth parts. Spiders also have these in addition to their legs, but they don't form claws like in scorpions. They're separately articulated in addition to the legs in every version of Tarantulas and Blackarachnia.

If you watch the cartoon, the game plays very much like Bakugan (also like lot of these transforming gimmick shows, China loves that sort of thing; just check out Mecard/Mecarnimals or Zimba sometime for proof of that) The cards add to your attack stat and the highest at the end of the battle wins.
