The comment about "the only way to stop it is to take it out of gear" is spot on. I have an 08 JK with 6.2 LS, 6L80, Atlas 4speed (1:1, 1.72:1, 3.8:1 and 10.34:1). Front axle is Dyntrac 60 with 14.5" calipers off of an F550 and an 80 (4.88 gears) in the rear. Even with a bigger master cylinder I can't stop in with the brakes in 1st and 10.34. It is an F'ing tractor! With 40's and LaClede snow chains on all four tires in the winter it is insane.

What engine is on this jeep?
@brucetang84608 жыл бұрын
+Jean marie Saidi Depends on the year. 2007-2011 are the 3.8 while the 2012+ are all 3.6 Pentastars. Although based on this guy's modding I'd say he also replaced the engine with something other than stock.

Why do all new Wrangled owners call their Wranglers a Joke...???...I. mean everyone I run into on the trail says he has. a JK Wrangled...I mean sure it's no CJ but calling it JK seems excessive .

Lame ass jk!! Jeep sold out after the tj.

Not much JK left really. I think it's pretty sweet. Long wheel base, sounds like LS power, long travel, full width custom axles, large tires, beadlocks, good body armor and cage. I'd place my bets that this JK will outperform your TJ on everything, unless you've stretched it, and done all the same modifications, then what do you have at that point? Another custom buggy with a jeep grill, windshield, and doors. I'd much rather be in this on Hell's revenge then my stock 99 TJ, that's for sure.

@@Jensenbrosoffroad personal preference and build will always come into play when doing big modifications like this, it really comes down to chassis platform. Personally I liked my LJ platform compared to the JK (2 or 4 door) due to the overall cab size being small but still having decent room inside. The JKU personally had too much width for my tight trails (NE USA), and were too long, needing larger tires for better break over. If i was building a Overland rig or something to play out west in big rocks I'd probably pick a JK/JKU. None are "better" unless you look at the application.
