This toy is dear to my heart. I got it for Christmas back in 98' from my parents and I loved him. He was small enough for my pocket so he went on quite a few adventures with me to school, etc.

Funny change-up from the norm; instead of a hand being the tiger's butt, his shoulder is the tiger's butt. Kinda weird either way, would've been better had they engineered a different way for the arm to form without it needing to be on the arm. Regardless, this figure doesn't look too bad. Pretty decent beast mode in that strange 'Fuzor' way, cool details here and there, and good range of articulation for the time and size. I do wonder if the right shoulder is as restricted when that power punch gimmick is deployed?

I kinda like Noctorro, in robot mode, they need to fix the hands though. His beast mode is another story. I kind wish they either integrated the bat better, or just give him a full bull beast mode.

What always disapoited me about this guy is the lack of paint in robot mode and all the kibble being stored on the arm being in the way. He looks good, but those two things togeather just weaken him for me.

Every time I see an old Beast Wars figure reviewed I'm that much more disappointed in the Prime Predacons and how lazy and derivative their engineering was.
