I know working on new episodes takes a long time, so I won't ask you to make the next one sooner, but what part of the process is the chrono-guzzler? Editing? voice acting? something else?

It's hard to say as there are many things that have slowed progress, but if I had to pick one sole non-contributor; the audio editing, hands down. There have been so many times where I'll go back over a scene and something just sounds...off? Sometimes this involves deconstruction and reworking the entire scene back from the ground- up, much to my frustration. I absolutely do not want to release something sub-standard to what everyone's grown accustomed to with our prior episodes. I'd very much like for the project to continue to grow and for our channel to become an online resource for all of IDW's aligned TF fiction. - Stuart A. Hutson

I thought it'd be something like that. Add to that real life, recreation, and other things which delay working on the project and production is going to take a long time. Have you tried showing other audio editors the scenes? maybe they'll show you little tricks and tidbits that will make editing easier in future.

isectoid I'm actually beginning to consider that. I'm a very micromanage-ey director due to certain vocal presets and sounds but for the project's sake, it might be better just to set aside my pride and organize a crack-team of revolving editors to move the episodes along at a quicker pace.
