I remember going to the store as many times as I could on my bike to find this guy. Once I got him, he teamed up with Inferno and Mantis and took on all challengers. Awesome fun with Rampage and his claw hammer.

Beast wars Rampage alongside Beast wars Inferno are my favourite characters in beast wars. Transformers legacy line have already done inferno so I hope that beast wars rampage get an updated modern toy in the future.

Emgo, love the channel! Wanted to mention that when I had this figure, I used the claws (rotated 90 degrees inward and angled down from your starting position) and the back legs to support him off the ground, then position the middle legs level. Looked imposing AF.

I dusted off my Rampage yesterday after twenty-odd years in my parent's garage. I still think it's a beast of a figure (pardon the pun). Came here to remind myself of limb configurations and such. To be fair, all the kibble in robot mode is screen accurate. That's what I like about the original Transmetal figures, they were all very screen accurate. Just wish Megatron was a bit bigger and Rattrap a tad smaller. Yet no remake of this is going to include real rubber treads, a cycling gatling gun or all that chrome. It's as wonderful a figure now as it was twenty-six years ago.

Thks Emgo for this review. Got the Takara ver of Rampage together with Silverbolt in a twin pack. over a decade ago. Always had problems coverting him to tank mode especially the claws/threads part..much clearer to see someone demonstrating rather than just relying on instruction sheets. I didn't even know that you can store the missles and rifle in his claws, ha ha! This is how a video review of an older figure can help even for an "old collector" like myself.. Cheers Man & keep up the good work!

transmetal Rampage and Dephcharge look good together also His Tank mode is one of my favorite Vehicle modes in the Beast Wars era

I feel like the kibble works for him in a way it doesn't for most current toys: It looks badass. It is a bunch of unintegrated parts, but the way it comes together gives him an incredibly unique and imposing silhouette, as opposed to being a bunch of car junk hanging off his butt. That said, I DO wish his crab legs fit on his shoulders like the show.

I like a lot his vehicle mode, and it was the only vehicle mode that actually looked lika a vehicle. Also what i like about rampage is that even when he has a lot of junk like u said, u can sort it in a lot of ways, for example its claws can be arrange to form decent wings, and the crab legs on the shoulder pads can be guns, and the crab legs on the arms could be some kind of pinsor or something. nice figure and showaccurate.

I honestly think it's stupid. He/she only appears in one episode, and never was talked about again in the show. Even worse, it doesn't transform.
